Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNFZ website and subscription services. It explains how data is handled to provide account, billing, and connection support. The privacy practices of third-party payment pages and apps are governed by their own policies.
Account Data and How It Is Used
VPNFZ does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. Account data includes the username, password verification data, and subscription status, and is used for sign-in verification, service delivery, and account management. Email is not required to create an account. If a user chooses to provide an email in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and does not constitute default consent to receive promotional messages.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund outcome. They are used to verify payments, activate subscriptions, and resolve billing disputes. Problem descriptions, attachments, and replies in support tickets are used to diagnose issues and provide after-sales support. Before submitting an attachment, please conceal passwords, full subscription URLs, and personal data unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
VPNFZ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, browsing history, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account traffic usage is used for billing and quota management and does not include the destination website or page content.
Connection diagnostics are handled separately from browsing records. Client error messages, issue times, selected routes, and network details submitted by users are used only to investigate the reported issue and are not used to continuously track browsing activity. Diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to resolve the issue and verify the outcome, then deleted or disassociated from the account. A complete browsing history is not needed to request support.
Usage Statistics and Browser Storage
Website usage statistics help assess page usage, identify unusual redirects, and improve the access process. They may include pages visited, referral sources, visit times, and browser and device categories. Website statistics are not subscription connection logs and are not used to record the content of external websites accessed through international routes.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sign-in status and save language selections and essential interface preferences. Sign-in credentials may be stored in the current browser, so avoid keeping a signed-in session on shared devices. Browser settings can be used to restrict cookies or clear local storage. Doing so may require signing in again and will reset saved preferences. Clearing browser data does not delete an account from the service.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNFZ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider, which may handle payment identity, transaction details, or transaction addresses under its own policies. VPNFZ receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify an order and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Data necessary to deliver services or meet applicable legal obligations may be shared with service providers performing relevant processing or with authorities legally entitled to request it. Sharing is limited to what is needed for the specific purpose. Support ticket attachments, account data, and order records are not used for data transactions unrelated to the service.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is in use. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and diagnostic data are handled for the period needed to provide support. Usage statistics are aggregated or disassociated from identifiable information after analysis. This policy does not establish an undisclosed, universal retention period.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing to prevent accidental deletion by someone else. Deletion may affect future sign-ins, subscription access, and order lookups. Records still needed to meet legal obligations or resolve open disputes will have their use restricted and be deleted once the basis for retention no longer applies. The outcome and any specific reason for data that cannot be deleted will be communicated through the support ticket.
Policy Updates and Questions
This policy may be updated as service features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version is published on this page, and the last-updated month is shown at the top. Material changes affecting processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be obtained as applicable.
For questions about data use, retention grounds, or deletion outcomes, submit a privacy-related support ticket through the panel and describe the request and relevant account or order. Do not disclose account credentials in public comments. See the Terms of Service for other service rules.
